We guarantee fresh flowers and quality service. If not or we are unable to deliver the goods to the recipient, we will refund 100% of the money.
(If for seasonal and regional reasons we have to change the type of flowers, we will inform the customer.
If we do not receive a response in time, we will replace the flowers with flowers of the same type and at the same price.)
